Good location for train station, room was clean and comfortable
It's very easy for tourists find the hotel from central station since it has a direction sign set right in the exit of the station. 10-min walk to the main commercial street and facility is quite good.
Blanket seems not that enough and I feel little bit cold. And...We need a more private bathroom.
Location very good, near to the train station and commercial center, supermarket nearby.
Location is good, very near to the Train Station & to shopping area is just walking distance.
The air circulation in the room is very poor. It's very smelly in the room.
Convenience for the station Friendly and helpful staff - even opened the dining room after hours for us Great, modern, clean facilities Free wi-fi Price Value for money
Nothing, really, as you long as you understand that this is budget accommodation and not the Ritz. That being said, I felt the room was overall much better than some 4-star hotels I have stayed at. Well worth the money.
price, location. it is very cleen
Location, design, economy, reception
Absence of ac. 4 questions becomming longer than expected
Very quiet short way to the Center of Antwerpen The possibility of car parking in the Car Park nearby (€15.90 for 24 h)
That the hotel is extremely close to the train station
That the bed was quite uncomfortable
cheap, clean, nothing extra features.
Location, price, good quality internet wi-fi
Smell of smoking in WC in the room, cramped room, no sound dumping of shower and WC
Design of rooms is very creative and colorful!
Price is good and also the rooms are very clean.
The problem is with the facilitites provided such as: no hair drier, no toilet brush and bathroom is like a small space shuttle and water flows out into the living room after a warm shower. The walls in the room are not insulated for sound and we can hear voices from the adjacent room and from the street (even if windows and all doors are closed)....this is disturbing for people who cannot sleep with sound.
A reasonable price for three nights stay.
Many things... I was given a 'non-smoking room' that smelled strongly of smoke. The receptionist couldn't offer me an alternative room and told me to "open the window". Unfortunately, these only open a few centimetres - but that was enough to let the mosquitos in and I was bitten many times during my stay. The hotel offers wi-fi internet, but charge you an unbelievable 7 euros an hour. There was free wi-fi in the dinning area, but only one power socket (which was nearly always in use), so I could only stay connected while my laptop battery lasted. The carpet in my room hadn't been vacuumed after the previous occupant left. The room was stuffy and hot, the bed was hard and the pillows were horrible. But worst of all was being kept awake till the early hours by a party of young people who had been given rooms on the same floor as me. The two people supervising the kids didn't seem much older and were clearly unable to control them. Constantly asking them to stop slamming doors, shouting and (apparently) jumping around their rooms got me nowhere. The hotel is in a very dismal part of the city with some shady-looking characters hanging around outside. A constant queue in front of the reception area made it difficult to get the lifts or speak to the single receptionist on duty at any one time. I had to wait around ten minutes to ask where I could park my car (worrying that I was about to be booked by a traffic warden) while the receptionist showed someone the position of alternative places to stay on a map. The cleaners don't seem to take any notice of the 'Do Not Disturb' sign hung on the door. Need I go on...?
the mattress were very bad. Much too hard. I wake up every two hours because I had pain in my back! I would recommend Antwerp, but not the hotel! because of the mattress
